This privacy policy is intended to tell you how personal data about you (the”Personal data“) are collected, processed and stored by the company WORK FOR GOOD, a simplified joint stock company with a capital of 8,000,000€, registered in the Bobigny Trade and Companies Register under number 843 941 733, and having its head office at 7 Place de l'Hôtel de Ville 93600 Aulnay-sous-Bois (”WORK FOR GOOD“), in its capacity as data controller.

WORK FOR GOOD is very concerned about respecting your privacy and the confidentiality of your Personal Data collected as part of its operation of the Site https://www.komeet.cc/ (the “Site”). For the sake of clarity, this privacy policy does not apply to the collection and processing of Personal Data via the Komeet Application.

WORK FOR GOOD is committed to processing your Personal Data in compliance with applicable laws and regulations, and in particular Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and the free movement of such data (the “RGPD”), and with Law No. 78-17 of 6 January 1978 relating to information technology, files and freedoms, in its current version (together the “Applicable Regulations”).

The terms “personal data”, “data controller”, “subcontractor” used in this Privacy Policy have the meaning given to them in the GDPR.

  • In order to allow you to download studies, WORK FOR GOOD collects your name, your first name, your email address as well as your quality. This processing is based on the legitimate interest of WORK FOR GOOD to process your download request.
  • In order to respond to your request to subscribe to the newsletter, WORK FOR GOOD collects your email address. This processing is based on the legitimate interest of WORK FOR GOOD to process your request to subscribe to the newsletter.
  • In addition, if you have provided your Personal Data for one or more of the above purposes and you are a professional, and in the event that you do not oppose it, WORK FOR GOOD may also use your Personal Data for commercial prospecting purposes. The processing of your Personal Data for commercial prospecting purposes is based on the legitimate economic interest of WORK FOR GOOD to develop and retain its customers.

2. Recipients of personal data and transfers

5. Security of your personal data and guarantees

In accordance with the Applicable Regulations, WORK FOR GOOD ensures the security of your Personal Data by implementing technical and organizational data protection measures. In addition, WORK FOR GOOD undertakes to impose on its possible subcontractors all the obligations necessary to ensure the security and confidentiality of your Personal Data.WORK FOR GOOD also guarantees you to use your Personal Data only for the purposes mentioned in this Privacy Policy, and is prohibited from communicate, transfer or sell your Personal Data to third parties outside of the hypotheses mentioned in article 2 of this Privacy Policy.
